SKYCLAD Start Writing New Album
August 25, 2005In a recent update at SKYCLAD's official website, the band confirmed that both their gigs at the Rocktown festival at Bebra, Germany and at the Dominion festival in Hull, U.K., will NOT be affected by the postponement of the band's European tour.
"Once [guitarist] Steve [Ramsey] is fixed up again he will not be getting too much time off as we have lined up these two festivals for September and October," the group write. "We had planned to try and fit another short tour in late October but because of Steve's broken arm we will be now putting this into early next year so that we can use our time this year to start writing for a new album."
As reported earlier, SKYCLAD guitarist and mastermind Steve Ramsey suffed a serious shoulder injury in a recent accident.
